Seven-day free trial
BuildVecta includes a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required when the trial begins, but it is not charged during the trial. After 7 days, the payment method is charged $97, followed by $7 per month until canceled. The trial is limited to one use per customer. Customers can cancel future monthly renewals at any time from Billing & Subscription inside the app.
Seven-day refund policy
If you decide BuildVecta is not right for you after the $97 charge, email jakki@cmgwa.com within 7 calendar days after that charge. Include the purchasing email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied where there is fraud, chargeback abuse, resale or redistribution, repeated prior refunds, violation of the Terms, or use far beyond reasonable evaluation of the product. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
After the refund
Refunded access may be disabled. Download any records you are legally entitled to retain before requesting account closure. Refunds do not cancel obligations owed to contractors, lenders, authorities or other third parties.
