Free setup and training
Live account setup and software training are included with an active BuildVecta subscription at no additional charge. There is no separate setup or training payment to refund.
Three-day software trial and automatic renewal
BuildVecta includes a 3-day trial with $0 charged at signup and one new takeoff included. Additional software features have separate prices shown before purchase. A payment method is securely validated and saved for your BuildVecta subscription. Before payment details are collected, the customer must separately authorize recurring billing. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the payment method is charged the $297 monthly price plus applicable tax at the end of the trial and approximately every month thereafter until canceled. The trial is limited to one use per customer. Customers can cancel future monthly renewals online at any time through Billing & Subscription inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund a subscription period already started, except where required by law.
Renewal and price-change notices
BuildVecta sends the trial and renewal disclosures required by applicable law and provides notice before a material price change takes effect. A notice will identify the subscription, amount or change, effective date, and online cancellation method in a form the customer can retain.
Subscription refund requests
If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, email help@buildvecta.com within 7 calendar days. Include the purchasing email and reason for the request. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied where there is fraud, chargeback abuse, resale or redistribution, repeated prior refunds, violation of the Terms, or use far beyond reasonable evaluation of the product. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
After the refund
Refunded access may be disabled. Download any records you are legally entitled to retain before requesting account closure. Refunds do not cancel obligations owed to contractors, lenders, authorities or other third parties.
